If you have a complaint
Teathers aims to maintain the highest standards, but even in the best-run organisations things sometimes go wrong. However trifling or serious your concerns or complaints are, your contact should be able to resolve them for you.

If you remain dissatisfied with the final response from your contact and the Compliance Officer you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the independent jurisdiction of the Financial Services Ombudsman.
