Our senior corporate finance professionals have a wealth of experience in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and in raising capital for companies of all sizes, from small-cap through to FTSE 100, and many have held senior positions in “bulge bracket” banks. We are the retained corporate finance adviser to over 80 mid and small cap companies and VCT's. Within the framework of the regulatory environment, our corporate financiers work closely with our equities team, drawing on their in-depth sector and product expertise to provide the best possible service for our clients. Our over-riding goal is to be creative and proactive in indentifying opportunities to generate value for our clients and help them achieve their financial goals.
